Calculate your cell concentration with a free template

Sometimes it is hard to calculate your cell concentration. Different types of flasks don't make it much easier. In this template we will provide you with handy general information about flasks, but also a very useful and easy to use calculator.

 

During the first time you counted cells, chances are you made a mistake. Perhaps you misused the pipette and added to much trypsin. Or maybe an incorrect calculation left you with hardly any cells in your flask.
